I had a great stay at the hotel! The rooms were very spacious and the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. However, it was a bit of a trek from the elevator to my room on the first floor. The room itself was large and comfortable.

The location was perfect for my visit to the Rec Plex and The Turf. The area was well heated, and the room size was just right. Additionally, the convenient access to purchase game cards at funcity was a nice bonus.

My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. The rooms were very spacious but had an inconvenient layout, with the elevator at the end of the hallway on the first floor, making it a bit of a walk to reach. The service was a bit of a hit and miss, with exceptionally courteous staff but some instances of ignoring the Do Not Disturb sign. The location was spacious and well-heated, making it comfortable, but it was extremely hot and noisy at times. The dining options were good with lots to choose from, but not everything was perfect. Overall, the hotel had its ups and downs.

My stay at the hotel was a delightful experience overall. The rooms were great fun for the kiddos with good water pressure and excellent cleanliness. The service was friendly and kind, although not very cheerful at times. The location was well heated, making it more enjoyable for everyone, but it was extremely hot and loud when empty. The dining experience was better than expected, especially for this level of hotel. The facilities were top-notch, providing everything we needed during our stay.
